Shipping + Returns
Free shipping* is available on selected items to selected areas. Please check the product description if the product qualifies for free shipping. *Additional shipping fee may apply to certain postcodes outside the metro area. If your postcode is in the rural / remote area, please contact us for a quote before placing an order.
For large / bulky items, please request a shipping quote by adding the item to your cart and proceeding to the shipping checkout page. No payment information is required so no payment will be processed. We will then contact you via email with the best accurate shipping cost.
Other items, shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
If purchasing multiple items, please contact us as we may be able to offer a better shipping cost.
Many lightweight items will be shipped via Australia Post.
Medium - Bulky items will be shipped via one of several freight carriers. Some of our items are sent directly to you from our brand partners so if purchasing more than one item, they may arrive separately and at different times.
We only ship to Australian physical addresses (not PO Boxes) and delivery time varies depending on your location. For items being shipped via a freight carrier, a signature is usually required on delivery. Items that do not require a signature on delivery, will be left at your address. Little Mimics cannot accept responsibility for re delivery fee or lost/stolen items. Please use a shipping address where someone is available to accept the delivery.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and it will be processed for payment and immediate shipment.
Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item(s) in the unlikely event it has arrived damaged or faulty. A detailed description and photographs/videos are required to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once assessed and approved, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item(s) before contacting us.
Product must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Please choose carefully and contact us with any queries before checking out with Afterpay and Zip. If you would like to cancel your order, then you will be charged with the merchant service fee that is paid by Little Mimics.
We may not be able to make changes to your order once processing has commenced and cannot give refunds or replacements for change of mind.
If you are approved for a refund, then a credit will be processed to the original method of payment.
